intro to orisha class

this is a 6-week foundational course on the orisha tradition. we will discuss the orisha pantheon, the practice of ifa in the african diaspors, ancestral reverence, vocabulary, my journey to becoming a practitioner and an initiated priestess, and much more. the purpose of this class is to empower individuals with a basic understanding of the orisha tradition and the vast wisdom of african spirituality from the perspective of an initiated priest. this class does not commit you to the tradition. classes will be held online (via zoom) each monday beginning and will conclude on december 21, 2020. each class will be recorded and emailed to you the following day. the investment for the  and includes the course and its recordings, a reading to find out your guardian orisha, a head orisha reveal/consultation, and a consecrated eleke (sacred beaded necklace) that represents your head orisha that will be mailed to y…
