Yes...I've been there too. One of the pivotal points in my journey was allowing someone else to help me help myself. At the time, I didn't know how to trust myself fully and get out of my own way. As an educator, I had spent years guiding others and developing myself professionally. It wasn't until I shifted my focus to being more developed emotionally, mentally, and spiritually that I began transforming my own life. I love that I get to share the tools I've learned from my mentors and great teachers with individuals who are ready to live a more aligned and satisfied life.

My style of coaching and support is rooted in the West African principles of Sankofa and Akoma.
