many of us were taught and encouraged to develop our cognitive intelligence through processes such as memorization, problem-solving, reasoning, etc. what was not emphasized as much were matters including emotional intelligence, understanding our feelings, and how to mature emotionally. in this 4-week course, we will discuss the importance of understanding one's emotions and explore ways to use essential oils to support our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. the goal of this course is to provide you with tools that will help you better understand and process your own feelings, allowing you to grow in self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy. 

the course will be taught online (via zoom) each thursday from february 27th to march 19th at 7pm est.
