Service Description

Sound Healing has been used for centuries within diverse systems of health and healing. Individual Sound Bath sessions are comprised of a variety of instruments placed on and around the body that can include but not limited to crystal singing bowls, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, and vocal toning, creating a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body. The session may also include chakra balancing and breath work.
