For this 45-minute experience, you will be asked to share your desired area of focus prior to the session; for example: connecting to your heart, womb care, self-love, chakra balancing, grounding, reclaiming your power, self-forgiveness, etc. You will also be given the opportunity to select the modalities you would like your session to include (guided meditation, yoni breathing, eft (tapping), sound healing, divination - 1 card pull). EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a healing modality similar to acupuncture, where you apply pressure to meridian points by tapping your fingers over certain energy centers. By acknowledging the fear or issue and using your voice to affirm and clear energetic blocks, EFT is a wonderful technique used to bring balance to your physical, mental, and emotional body. A Sound Bath session is comprised of a variety of instruments that can include but not limited to crystal singing bowls, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, and vocal toning, creating a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body.
